Words carry meaning. Observe. Listen to someone having a conversation, read a book, or perhaps focus on the lyrics in a song on the radio. All of them contain a curious message to be interpreted. Digest that info, do some research. Filter your thoughts. Discuss with your friends, family and maybe even colleagues. If you're convicted or driven by a certain idea, share it to the world. Public speaking can be a healthy way to express these ideas.
